Cliniks is a software platform for managing Hakeem and small medical clinics in Pakistan. It is operated by Blockvortex, Karachi. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
New clinics get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access costs PKR 15,000 per month per clinic, billed monthly via Whop. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We will email you a receipt for every successful payment.
Your clinic data — patients, visits, prescriptions, inventory, financials — belongs to you. We store it on dedicated per-clinic databases hosted on Turso (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai). We do not sell, share, or use your patient data for any purpose other than operating the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use Cliniks to store data unrelated to legitimate clinic operations, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to attempt to break into other clinics' data, or to violate Pakistani law. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or running automated traffic against the platform is prohibited.
We aim to keep Cliniks online 24/7, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practical.
You can stop paying at any time and lose access at the end of your paid period. Your data is retained for 90 days after access ends, then deleted permanently. You can request a JSON export during this window by emailing admin@cliniks.org.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
